How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Moments Jewellery pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided Moments pouch.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
