At Moments Jewellery, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
